The price displayed did not match, when we checked in we were asked for additional money and the severity of my stay was from 4 nights to 2 nights, the hotel owner reasoned that the price given by OYO / other applications was too cheap. If it's cheap, then just decide to cooperate, don't continue it. And the water on the 3rd floor is really small. And the check out time is rather fast compared to other inns.

There are no toothbrushes or toothpaste, the towels provided are very small, they can only cover your face. Because it was too late to Palembang, I had to stay here. Actually there are many other budget hotels that are cheaper and better.

Staff-nya sangat kurang ramah terutama mas yang cowo,saya check ini sore saya dikasih kamar lantai 1 tp keadaan kamarnya tidak worth it didalam kamar disampingnya ada kasur bekas,dan tidak ada lemarinya,lalu saya turun kebawah minta tolong ke staff-nya ganti kamar tp responnya kurang baik malah katanya nanti kasur bekasnya mau dikeluarin,kemudian saya turun lagi mau minta ganti kamar aja soalnya tidak nyaman,dikasih kamar lantai 3 tp dilantai 3 showernya lepas saya turun untuk memberitahu agar saya tidak dituduh tapi responnya iya nanti dipasang pake lem tapi saya tunggu tidak dateng2,yaudah lah saya kecewa untuk kedua kalinya,pdhl saya setiap kepalembang nginepnya di sini tp terakhir ini saya kecewa sama pelayanan yg kurang baik diawal terlalu cuek.
