The soundproofing is poor, the room arrangement is not very delicate, to stay with a group of extremely uncivilized visitors. Speak loudly, kids run and jump uncontrollably, adults close the door with a bang. From 10pm to 1am, a nightmare. I had to check out early 1 day, accept to lose money to light another hotel right on Ha Bong street in exchange for tranquility. Open a hotel and control your guests. Don't let guests check in and pay for me when they're done, the guest experience during the vacation is the deciding factor for them to come back or not! And with Maison Phuong the answer is No.

Very poor soundproofing, many rude guests do not keep quiet in the common area. Breakfast was poor and very boring. When I checked in, the room floor was wet. In general, apart from good location, all experiences are bad

- The receptionist and housekeeping staff are still not enthusiastic and have a high sense of service. - The corridor is small, so every time I clean the room, the girls gather to talk like a market. - The receptionist was gentle but not enthusiastic, the TV reported broken from the first day but until still did not repair (4n3đ). - The glass doors of some rooms were sprayed with paint and cement from other buildings, but they were unhygienic, and looked quite dirty. Also everything is as good as very sophisticated and simple room design. Location near the beach. Actual image is nearly 90% as advertised

I booked a room with a king size bed for babies to lie with my parents, but I got a room with 2 single beds. I have asked the receptionist but my room reservation has expired, please understand. However, when checking on the app, the room is still there, but the price is much higher. Room soundproofing is extremely poor, can clearly hear the next room how to flush water wc, answer the phone ... do not sleep all my family all night.

Right on the Covid-19 season, Da Nang was deserted and the hotel had only a few guests, so breakfast did not order buffet. But also okay, nice, spacious rooms.

Must flush water to wait 10-15 minutes to have hot water to use, in the evening no hot water, very cold shower

Very nice room, attentive service. Locations near the light sea walk to the sea very much. Buffet breakfast is quite rich, delicious, with dishes such as pho, beef noodles, bread with eggs, full dessert

The rooms are big, although not beach front but really close if you want to go to the beach, there are plenty of places to eat around it.

Very good, fully booked, staff, restaurants and tourist recommendations as well. Breakfast has many choices.
