The room's AC is not cold/hot, especially in the main room.

The place is comfortable, although it is a bit far from ICE. There are many rooms and beds. Suitable for large bookings like us.

Saya pesan dadakan karena tiba-tiba butuh penginapan untuk keluarga saya di daerah BSD untuk tahun baru. Tadinya sempat deg-degan apakah penginapan ini akan dipersiapkan dengan layak karena saya pesannya mendadak + stay date-nya untuk malam tahun baru. Tapi ketika kami tiba, ada beberapa petugas kebersihan yang baru menyelesaikan tugas dan sedang bersiap pulang. Saya senang karena berarti rumahnya dipersiapkan dengan baik walaupun reservasinya on a short notice. Petugasnya menjelaskan dia sudah menyapu + pel, mencuci peralatan masak & makan, dan lain-lain. Sedikit saran: saluran kamar mandi mungkin bisa diperiksa karena ketika saya datang ada sedikit bau dari kamar mandi bawah. Tapi sisanya sudah oke. Isi rumahnya juga lengkap dan mencukupi untuk short stays. Ada kompor dengan gas, alat masak, alat makan, galon penuh, kulkas menyala dan dingin, banyak kasur utama maupun kasur tambahan, banyak bantal + selimut + seprei, dan TV dengan banyak channel serta kualitas siaran yang baik. Tidak ada alat mandi dan handuk, jadi pastikan untuk membawa sendiri. Lokasinya di dalam cluster Vanya Park, BSD.

Bathroom is inadequate. The door is hard to open.

The bathroom water seeps into the 1st floor, the dead water in the room is comfortable.

Quiet away from BSD. There's a leak in the g.house ceiling.

Comfortable place, complete facilities near Aeon Mall, secure access to full security.

Water for the bath was small, the toilet was leaking.

The location is quite far from ice, but the rooms are nice, there is a kitchen too, so it can cook, and is comfortable.

For cleanliness I really like it, the place is safe, cool, relaxed. There is a complete range of household furnishings, such as stoves and mineral water. The view aspect really spoils the customer.

Recomended homestay for everyone. Easy road access. Close to shopping centers and the environment security is very good. Thank you :)
