When we arrived to check in on June 5, 2019 at around 7 pm we were told that the room we booked and had already paid upfront turned out to have been sold to other guests because according to them we canceled the order even though we never canceled the order at all. When we asked why they did not confirm before canceling, they said they did not know my phone number, which is not true at all because my telephone number was listed on the order. Because the innkeeper looks out of hand, I submit a complaint to the online application and asked to wait. It was getting late, public transportation was gone and my condition was tired after a long day of sightseeing. This condition is very uncomfortable. I, the other hotel, turned out to be full of everything. After 2 hours finally the innkeeper (Mrs. Hilda) arrived and said that because all hotels were full, we were advised to stay at a friend's guesthouse. We accept this suggestion because there are no other options. The guesthouse in our guesthouse pays for itself and our order at the Blessing Hotel is changed to check in tomorrow. Based on the advice of the hotel owner, our room was upgraded to Deluxe at an additional cost of Rp 100,000 to get a room on the ground floor. According to Ms. HIlda the room we ordered earlier (standard) is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. That night we were taken to dinner (own expense) and to a replacement guesthouse. Mrs. Hilda offered us to have breakfast tomorrow at her hotel because the guesthouse did not include breakfast. We agree because we think he intends to make amends for the room cancellation. It turned out that the offer was trapping. When we checked out the next day and intended to pay an additional room upgrade fee, it turned out we were charged an additional breakfast fee of IDR 35,000 / person. Supposedly if we incur additional fees for breakfast that he offers, it is stated upfront. Instead of checking out, I was told that breakfast was not free. Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Where the deluxe room that was given to us the ceiling leaked and dripped water, when we asked for a change of room it was mentioned that the hotel was full. We will not stay at this hotel again.
