Great place to stay! the hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. this hotel is walking distance from JB custom. just 10 mins walk to city square mall. I heard and saw the reviews that breakfast is pretty good. however, I didn't take breakfast in my booking. the staff were very polite and helpful. this is highly recommend to stay and we will stay again if we plan next trip to JB.

The location is centrally located. For malls and other places, it's more convenient to take a taxi or Grab.

There's a weighing scale in the huge bathroom. My wife and I weigh ourselves everyday! 😁

The reception, Dee Dee was very friendly. The hotel also offers shuttle service to jb sentral which is located just opposite City Square. The room was very spacious and we could also see the fireworks as we were there during the festive holiday.

Check-in was seamless. The staff were friendly and readily assisted with our parking inquiries. Our request for a high-floor room was accommodated. The pre-dawn meal offered a delicious and diverse selection. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable; the cleanliness of the restroom was particularly noteworthy. The Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine facilities were conveniently located.

Booked because of the rating but turned out it's only good for Singaporean since it's near to CIQ. It's not worth this price rate, room is not soundproof enough, can hear the traffic from outside getting into Singapore, there's sound of people doing some maintenance work outside the room around 3am as well, can't sleep well.

The accommodation offers great value for money and encourage booking early to secure good rates.

The room is spacious, comfortable and friendly, attentive staff. Cleanliness and value for money are consistently praised. Breakfast is quite widespread, good support pillows with large bed and clean bathrooms. Overall experience was described as pleasant and enjoyable.

Staffs are great and helpful, the room we got was huge, very clean and comfortable, they also provided microwave, sink, kettle, some plates, cutleries and fridge in the room. Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed our stay and would b happy to go back!

Best location and view next to the CIQ. Only need to spend more on grab if you're going to malls further to the area. The breakfast spread was great. Had a pleasant stay

The place is very comfortable, staff friendly and the breakfast has a lot of choices and taste good.

The room is large, there is a mini pantry with a microwave. It's just that the location is not good for culinary enthusiasts, because around the hotel there are similar buildings and they are still empty. I took a note for the anniversary but it wasn't modified at all. The breakfast was very lacking in taste and variety.

Came in the midnight with kids, big luggages and very tired. When we entered the room, the scent was soothing our aching muscle and feeling relax. The bed so big and air conditioning working well even though the weather outside is super hot. From our room, we can see the sea and chaotic traffic in the border

Good hospitality and friendly of concierge & check in staff. Room are the same like photo and clean.
