The two girls at reception were particularly unhelpful + rude to certain extent, when my mom wanted to move to single room, from twin room. nevertheless, stay before that incident was fine

The hotel atmosphere is quite pleasant even though the location is in the suburbs. Our family booked two rooms for 3 nights, one of which was a room for three guests. But when checking in, the hotel receptionist said that the room we ordered was filled. How could that be? in case we had booked a room almost a month before. Then we in an impolite manner were directed to take a room at the one-of-a-kind Motel Management with the hotel. We were told to walk about 300 meters in the middle of the heat because the hotel did not provide vehicles. In the evening I immediately conveyed this problem to the online party and immediately responded. The next day, the hotel immediately apologized and offered us various facilities. The attitude of the hotel staff suddenly changed very well to us after (maybe) being reprimanded by the online party. Thank you Traveloka for your kind response.

I was not given a room as ordered through the reason the room was full. Officers at the front office told us as a family to walk at 9pm to the one management motel with them and oddly enough we would pay additional fees. After the complaint, then they are good. Be careful about ordering this hotel.
