We booked 2 grand deluxe rooms (205 and 206), the first room (205) was broken AC often turned itself off every few minutes, but the condition of the room was quite clean. The 2nd bedroom (206) is quite severe, the condition of the room is dirty, there are lots of ants & dirt in the room at check-in, the AC is broken (not cold, only the fan is running and there are lots of ants coming out of the AC). At check-in we asked for the room to be broomed and mopped again. The receptionist is not helpful for guest complaints, indifferent and has no empathy for guest complaints and tends to throw responsibilities, when we asked to move rooms it was said to be full even though there were empty rooms (seen on our floor because the room curtains were open until the morning there were no guests). Finally we slept with 4 in the first room (205) where the air conditioner was a bit better even though it often turned off on its own. For a relatively expensive room price (equivalent to 3 or 4 stars), the price is overpriced.

if you buy room from this apps, they will put you on third level from ground floor. the problem is they don't have lift, So you should go down with stair. the room are big, but so many bugs around this this area. the location are good, the price is not

Overall good? the staff are friendly, the hot water is okay, the rooms are suitable, the breakfast sip. Unfortunately there is no restaurant, fortunately there is go food.

The place / room is too down / lowest even though there are many empty rooms, there is no offer if you want to move rooms / not.

I like the atmosphere, the rooms, the breakfast facilities, but I don't like the service, to receive guests.

staying just for one night for business travelling . location a little bit hidden, but we are not having much time to explore the area. it suit for escape from messy up surabaya and need some quit place. the staff also helpfull

A hotel that is quite comfortable and quiet because it is far from the crowds but far from where to find food because the hotel restaurant is not open for food and food. Staying on the 1st day there were 2 pairs of slippers for the bathroom but on the second day after the make up the room was taken instead.

surely will stay again in here. cool. clean. fresh. good food. good place. nice people
