We booked 2 grand deluxe rooms (205 and 206), the first room (205) was broken AC often turned itself off every few minutes, but the condition of the room was quite clean. The 2nd bedroom (206) is quite severe, the condition of the room is dirty, there are lots of ants & dirt in the room at check-in, the AC is broken (not cold, only the fan is running and there are lots of ants coming out of the AC). At check-in we asked for the room to be broomed and mopped again. The receptionist is not helpful for guest complaints, indifferent and has no empathy for guest complaints and tends to throw responsibilities, when we asked to move rooms it was said to be full even though there were empty rooms (seen on our floor because the room curtains were open until the morning there were no guests). Finally we slept with 4 in the first room (205) where the air conditioner was a bit better even though it often turned off on its own. For a relatively expensive room price (equivalent to 3 or 4 stars), the price is overpriced.
