We are very happy to hear that you found our Suite room to be well-maintained, providing a hotel-like experience, and offering beautiful views. We fully understand the disappointment and inconvenience you experienced regarding several things. We sincerely apologize for the unsafe access to the stairs from the planks due to the construction around our area. We also apologize for the muddy and uncomfortable parking area due to the rain, as well as the view of the bare rice fields when you visited. Currently, we are indeed in the development and reorganization stage around our property for the long term. Your input is an important evaluation for us to immediately find a better solution for the comfort and safety of our guests. Regarding the operating hours of the surrounding cafes that close early and the entrance fee to the Jatiluwih area, we fully understand that this can reduce the comfort of your vacation. This information is very useful for us to provide better guidance to our guests in the future, especially regarding the optimal visiting time. We greatly appreciate all your input. We are committed to continuously improving and enhancing our facilities and services.
