Very easy check-in process

All is good but one that need to be improve the AC is not that cold need to do service and maintenance.

Lots of mosquitoes. Cold room. No blankets. Have to ask for one first.

The reception staff didn't know that there was a check-in even though it had been booked a long time ago, there were empty shampoo bottles in the toilet, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room even though they were given mosquito nets, the sheets were stained and dull, there was no wifi, if you close the door immediately the signal will be lost.

The worst hotel I've ever visited for that price. No wifi, torn towels, old TV with lines, AC not cold, smells of cigarettes, the blanket makes me itch, there are blood stains on the sheets, sorry to say I will never go there again.

Friendly staff, quiet, comfortable, safe, only there is no wifi and special rooms ordered from Traveloka, the cellular network and internet for Telkomsel are disrupted, you have to get a new, good room.

The place and location are quite good. However, there is no wifi available in every room and the signal is very bad.

First of all, they kept making noise at night deliberately so guests will check out as soon as possible. They knocked the stairs, the handrails, the walls. Etc. Very disappointing. Second, the sink was clocked and the tap water not working well. Last but not the least. A lot of mosquitoes inside the room!

The waiters are friendly, the place is spacious.

Bangunan lama, tapi rapi dan sangat private. Salut dengan kamar mandi yang lega air panas untuk mandi tersedia dengan baik dan shower yang kencang. Relate dengan harga yang di tawarkan dan tentunya lokasi super strategis.

Cleanlines inside the room overall was good, Basic amenities need to improve, I got thorne towel and the privacy for he guest are highly recommendedbut the entrance is too dark that gives spooky image. Thanks.
