The rooms were clean, with fresh, clean white blankets, sheets, and towels. The buffet breakfast was a basic but complete meal. The staff were young and polite. The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for accessing cafes, restaurants, shops, and pharmacies – very convenient for walking to these amenities. Considering the cost of booking, it was well worth it! Parking space was a bit limited.

I've stayed here many times, and everything is always good: the location is okay, the breakfast has a wide variety of options, the rooms are clean and air-conditioned, and the staff are lovely. The only downside is the lack of tissue boxes in the rooms, unlike other 3-star and 4-star hotels.

The parking lot in front of the hotel is too small, while the underground parking entrance is very narrow. Drivers with poor driving skills are prone to collisions; even with proper parking, my car was significantly scratched due to the narrow space. Parking is also chaotic, with other cars constantly blocking the exit, causing significant delays when moving the car. Staff also lack clear instructions for parking (the hotel needs more thorough training in this area). + Breakfast is quite limited and lacks attention to detail, with food/condiments often missing from the table. - Regarding the room: + The room's furnishings were reasonably complete, but the curtains were very dirty and stained, creating an uncomfortable feeling. + The soundproofing was also quite poor; any joking or laughter from the next room could be heard clearly. + The shower gel and shampoo were always forgotten to be refilled; during my 3-day stay, they didn't refill them on a single day.
