The hotel is clean, the rooms are big. Like a new hotel, but it's been 4 years. I hope it's always clean like this.

The service is very good. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and big. When I am on duty to Bandar Lampung and spend the night, I always stay at this Radin Inten II hotel. Because the restaurant is close to the hotel too. Rumah Makan Begadang V. For a room that is large enough to make hotel guests comfortable. I like the Radin Inten II hotel. Get breakfast too. At that time I ordered a delicious sandwich as well as breakfast. Eh, try the fried rice for breakfast, it turns out that the taste is just standard. Very ordinary and no taste. Actually, for a hotel, it's pretty good. Only the fried rice food is not that good.

The rooms are spacious, clean. That's the main thing. The bathroom is clean. This is what really matters the most. Overall okay. Except the wifi which is not so good. I occupy room 201 and the wifi is not there at all. That means it doesn't arrive. But once I got to the lobby. The wifi can be done.

The room is big and very comfortable. The service is also very friendly.

Service is not satisfactory. WiFi is not maximal at night, the morning is already modar, you should get breakfast when you call the receptionist, always answer later on the phone again, until we check out. Only expensive 🤐

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The most comfortable hotel that I stayed in among other cities. The price is very cheap but the rooms are very nice, very close to the airport, the breakfast is delicious too. Oh yes there is an airport shuttle, but you have to contact the hotel to make a pick-up.

I stayed while on duty 5 days in Lampung, the hotel was comfortable, the room was spacious, the service was friendly, but the food was standard. I will stay here again if I go to Lampung. Thank you

Lack of lighting in the room, only local TV channels are better plus outside channels so don't get bored in the room. There is no relaxing place in the lobby just a place to drink snacks and snack while listening to music so that it's not too quiet.

Nice room, but the hot water have a problem

The room is okay, the shower water is not tight.

We stayed 2 night for reunion party and my room was nice but internet doesn’t work at all and bath room the handle of get problem but we still trying enjoying just need little upgrading for WiFi because specially like us from far we can’t do anything without internet we missed ours contact and connection to our friend
