The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the water in the bathroom was smelly and the sink water was salty and smelly too.

Our first trip to Singkawang with our little family. The room was very comfortable and had a Japanese feel. The kids loved it. The breakfast was delicious and amazing. Allow me to correct you, the floor in the room felt a bit sandy and dusty. There were spiders in the light area. The distance to the city is a bit far and the entrance to the hotel is a bit small, but I liked it because it was away from the crowds. The hotel room is not soundproof so privacy is not guaranteed. 🙏 But it was still comfortable, and the staff were also friendly.

1. The staff didn't regulate parking, so people parked haphazardly. There should have been room for 5 cars, but only 3. 2. Entering the lobby, there was a smell of paint, and there were paint cans and other renovation/construction materials visible in the lobby and inside the hotel. 3. There were no instructions in the room to use the TV, which turned out to be a set-top box. 4. Karaoke or club noise drifted into the room, making it hard to sleep. 5. There was no bottle opener or ice, even though there was an in-house restaurant.

Gosh, guys, it's not worth spending 1 million rupiah for a Sumire Suite room to stay here. The bathroom water is yellow and really smells like sewage. When we asked to move rooms, they said, "We can't move rooms, there's a room someone checked out of." Well, we had to, because we had to take a shower instead of using sewage.

It was very pleasant to stay at Dikyodai, first entering the room it was fragrant and cool. The T4 TDR was spacious, there was a TV, a table and chairs. The breakfast was also vegetarian.

The room is clean and spacious with a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. The service is friendly. Suggestion: Add more power outlets for charging your phone so you don't have to unplug the night light ☺️

The quality of the rooms and service at this hotel is deteriorating day by day. From the itchy mattresses to the unhelpful security guards who just sit around in the security room. There's a useless security guard who just eats a paycheck!

Cannot sleep, starts 8 PM - 8 AM. The sound of rock music was so loud it shook the walls. Bedsheet has a dirt mark.

The bathroom, including the faucet and bathtub, was dirty. The water was shallow, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and there was no soundproofing. The sound was coming from the nightclub.

The room was comfortable and clean, but at night, you could hear the thumping noise from the club next door until dawn. The toilet sink had a slight leak at the bottom when washing your hands. The food wasn't bad. Overall, it was a good stay.

The sheets don't look like they've been changed, and there are condom marks. It's noisy, and it's next to a club and KTV.

The price doesn't match the amenities. The app's photos differ from the actual rooms, which are quite cramped, resembling a boarding house. The provided sandals and hair caps are small. The water also smells bad (they should install a water filter). It's next door to a karaoke bar that doesn't sound dampened.

The water smelled of earth, the room was noisy because it was next to a club. The towels weren't clean. There was no elevator, and even borrowing a spoon to eat in the hotel room was impossible.

I arrived around 8 p.m. The front desk was empty. I waited for about 30 minutes and no one showed up. I then tried calling the hotel several times before the receptionist finally showed up. When I wanted to order food, the restaurant wouldn't let me, saying it was closed and curtly saying it was only open from 7 to 10 a.m. The hotel room was extremely dirty: the mattress was sandy, the floor was sandy and looked like it had never been swept, the bathroom smelled, the water smelled of iron, and the hot shower wouldn't work. I'll definitely stay here once.

My stay at the Kyodai Hotel was quite pleasant, with good facilities and a neat and clean room. Unfortunately, I couldn't watch TV because all the channels were missing. Having a smart TV would have been great. Since there's a club next to the hotel, the noise from the club was a bit audible and disturbing. Hopefully, the Kyodai Hotel management can address this shortcoming.
