This deluxe triple room was indeed the best of the two we booked, and the sink even had hot water. However, it was the coldest of the downstairs rooms, and check-out was also at 11 a.m. instead of 12 p.m. like other hotels. The parking lot also needed improvement, as it was very dusty; it should be completely paved.

The hotel staff was friendly, but there was only one staff member per day, and room service was poor. Check-out was at 11, not 12 like other hotels, and we couldn't request an extension. We had just arrived from Bromo and didn't have much time to pack. The doorbell rang around 11.

The Superior Room, which supposedly boasts a view, wasn't as good as the reviews suggested. It was obscured by flower pots, and it was cramped, barely able to accommodate even one person. Another disappointment was the 11:00 check-out time, compared to 12:00 in most hotels.

Direct views of Mount Batok, cool and refreshing rooms, and just a minute's drive from the Bromo ticket counter.

Friendly staff, strategic location at the top of Bromo, direct view of Mount Bromo. No towels or sandals provided, parking is small but adequate, and renovations are still underway. Recommended.

Very strategic location, only 5 minutes to the Bromo gate, with a view of Mount Bromo in the room. The hot water wasn't working when I was there. The room was small for the superior type, but the pillows were uncomfortable because they were so thin.

The hotel is good, the price is affordable, the important thing is the view is directly onto the sea of sand

The hot water in the bathroom didn't work even though I'd called the staff several times to check. The cleanliness of the room, including the mattress and pillows, wasn't well-maintained, and the electric kettle didn't work. The advantages of this accommodation, for me, are its location and view. It's close to the entrance to Mount Bromo and offers a direct view of the Bromo crater and Mount Batok. It's close to cafes and restaurants.

i didnt expect the place would be this nice. there’s a balcony with a view (check my video), room are spacious and clean as well, so does the bathroom. downside is only the wifi, and there’s no mirror. location is also nice, there lots of food places nearby and close to BTS Trail Run Race venue - i think it’s not that far to go to Mt. Bromo too. Staffs also super nice and helpful. Satisfied customer here!!
