The hotel staff is very friendly and helps with everything the visitors need.

Everything is fine and fun.

I stayed there with my family in two rooms with a connecting door. It was very nice. The room service guys were very polite. The breakfast was nice too.

It's very convenient, only the vehicle parking door is in the same place as Iconemall so it's a bit complicated.

The location is one with the mall, so if you are looking for food, you can go straight to the mall (Solaria, Marugame, etc.) Close to the toll exit, and also the Hospital For transportation, you can use private vehicles or public transportation (TransJatim) because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel

Overall it's good, if possible a gym or fitness area could be added, at least a treadmill would be better so that people can exercise.

Overall for a 2-day staycation with kids, it's quite comfortable, direct access to the mall, you can eat anything nearby. The staff are all friendly ❤, there was an exception when I wanted to check in, there were security guards guarding the door who were a bit unfriendly, when asked about the reception, the response was lacking, they didn't smile either, maybe my husband and I were just wearing normal clothes 😂, and I entered through the mall access, not from the front, so I was automatically confused about where the reception was, because I didn't know where to park the car, I was confused about the parking lot so I parked at the mall, automatically through the door access from the mall. That's all, everything is satisfying, next time I'll stop by again for a staycation 😊

The check in process was smooth, the staff were friendly, the room was very comfortable, and we went straight to Iconmall. I want to come here again next time.

Thank you, Mas Hamam, the cleaning service officer is very friendly, he helped replace the wet towels in our room. The food is all delicious. The swimming pool is also clean.

Overall very good, starting from friendly staff, good cleanliness, breakfast menu also has variations, there is a western menu even though it is only spaghetti, maybe it can be improved to improve access for motorbike users to be more friendly in terms of access from the parking lot to the lobby or vice versa to make it easier so that it is not far for pedestrians to get to the lobby. For the others, it is okay and keep it up. Thank you.

Recommendation for those who bring family, especially children who want to swim

Very strategic hotel, access to mall and near toll gate. The room is clean, the staff is also friendly. The breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. Next time I will stay here again.
