At first, I thought Harper Palembang would be the same as the one in Jakarta—not so great, with hot air conditioning. But it turns out Harper Palembang is much, much better. It's bigger, more comfortable, has cold air conditioning, and offers a wide selection of delicious food. The location is also strategic, very close to restaurants and shopping centers. ❤️ With an affordable price, I was more than satisfied staying here with my family.

I've stayed here 4 times and never get bored. The service is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the food is delicious🥰

4 days 3 nights stay at Harper Palembang for business was very impressive, even though the hotel location is on the main road with heavy traffic until midnight but the soundproofing in the room is very good and can rest comfortably, the room is spacious, clean and fragrant, for the TV maybe needs to be upgraded to the current version, the bathroom is clean, the breakfast menu is varied and tastes delicious, other facilities are quite a lot such as swimming pool, fitness, etc., all staff are friendly and always greet you, beside the hotel area there is always a Blue Bird taxi ready if you want to go out or order a taxi online, those who are bored of ordering dinner online around the hotel there are many sellers of pecel lele etc., the taste is delicious and the price is very affordable, if you want to go to the PTC mall it is also close, for those who want a staycation it is recommended.
