The location is a bit out of the way, but the place is comfortable and has a rooftop with a nice view.

when I arrived the living room and terrace lights were not on, I had complained to the villa staff since 3 pm but the staff only came at 6 pm but after being replaced the lights still did not turn on so the villa atmosphere was a bit dim, hot water was okay the cooking equipment was okay but the kitchen smelled of cockroaches and the wifi was very slow because it seemed to be shared with the villa next door. not recommended in my opinion

I arrived earlier than check in time. So I had to wait for the staff to clean the villa first. In terms of location, I like it because it is close to tourist attractions. The villa is quite clean although the hot water and karaoke facilities cannot be used. The kitchen is clean, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean.

Have stayed at this place 3 times. And never disappoints. Thank you Traveloka & n2k

Cleanliness: poorly maintained, dirty kitchen utensils, dull bathroom. Service: good, responsive to TV and karaoke problems. View: good, but the stairs are terrible to climb because they are all rusty. Completeness: very minus, gas is out, gallons are running low. The rest is pretty good.

Cukup nyaman, ada air panas, ac nya dingin, fast respon pemilik villa, seprei bersih, hny roomnya kurang bersih, ada kecoak dan kamar mandinya krg bersih, toiletnya kuning2.

1. Alat dapur dan alat makan minum kurang memadai, 2. Dengan harga yang sama biasanya saya menginap sudah disiapkan handuk, kastok (di villa metro hanya 2 kastok), alat sholat, sabun mandi, shampo walaupun sebagian besar rata-rata semua orang pasti sudah membawanya. 3. Villanya lumayan bersih. 4. Tidak ada satpam, dimana posisi villa ini paling belakang dan ujung, tanya warga sekitar pun tidak tahu. 5. View balkon belakang bagus, udara seger.

Complete facilities, stove, refrigerator, water heater, LPG backup, water, kitchen utensils. The rear view is cool.

The villa is clean, recommended, not far from the main square, next time you go to Batu, you will come here again. Really satisfied staying 2hr here.

Villanya nyaman dan bersih, petugasnya juga cepat, ada karaoke, wifi, ada AC, villa yang strategis tempatnya, area yang tenang buat keluarga.

Great location, not too far from the main square. Nice view around. Quiet environment, good for rest. There are 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom + warm water. There is also a sink in front of the bathroom. 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 small room at the back containing 1 extra bed. There is a fridge, android TV, magic com, gallon water, complete cutlery. 1 sofa bed and 1 regular sofa + 1 table. Self check in and check out system. If you stay here, bring your own towels and toiletries because they are not provided. Dish soap is available. Minuses: wifii is a bit slow, the balcony railing is ugly and rusty, the floor under the ceramic stairs is crusty. The knife is also very dull, unable to slice. Apart from that, everything is ok. Hopefully the minus that I wrote earlier can be fixed. Thank You.

Villa nya bersih, tp wifi masih ikut villa sebelah jadinya selalu gangguan tiba-tiba mati apalagi pagi hari. Remote tv rusak tolong diperbaiki segera karena kesusahan menyalakan tv. Dan lubang saluran air toilet tolong ditutup. Balkon atas bagus banget viewnya cuman tangga terlalu curam menakutkan hati-hati terpeleset karena tidak ada pintu di balkonnya jadi air hujan dan tikus bisa masuk

Saya senang menginap di sini, ada fasilitas dapur, karaoke, air panas nyala dan yang paling the best view blakon atas. Namun untuk naik ke atas sangat hati-hati karena tangganya sempit. Untuk kebesihan mungkin lebih diperhatikan lagi. Dan perlu perawatan lagi. Dan kalo boleh saran di dapur disediakan gula teh kopi. Agar ada lebih nilai plus lagi. Dan wifi agak lemot ya. Untuk youtube dan karaoke nunggu buffering nya lama sekali. Sampe akhirnya kita pakai hotspot hp untuk bisa menyalakan youtube dengan lancar.
