The staff was helpful. We arrived around 10 AM and directly got here, then she suggested that we can check in. But, the next day we have to check out around that time. The room facility wasn’t good enough for superior category. AC was old and the cold temperature isn’t work properly. The TV remote was broken, so we can actually enjoy the program. Until, we borrow remote from the other room. If you want to have room in upper floor, think again, the wifi couldn’t get into our room.

For the price of 250 thousand, it's ok, standard and quite good for resting. The AC is really cold. It's just not soundproof. Sounds from outside can be heard inside

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is also clean. But why aren't there any hotel slippers, usually there are slippers in hotels.

Q sering check in di sini, saat nginep d hr kemaren trakhir br masalah di ac mati trus jadi jam istirahat trganggu sempat kompain tp tidak digubris bralesan kamar penuh. Akhirny saya memaksa untuk pindah kamar akhir nya dapet deh kamar yang saya inginkn. Pesan saya. Tolong lebih diprhatikn untuk ac nya agar kami yang nginap jadi betah dan tidak trganggu untuk complain.

Not bad but the AC leaks. The bed is small for a delux size.

At that price, other hotels already have AC but the room is not stuffy.

The AC in some rooms was so hot I couldn't sleep. Even though the place is comfortable and clean, I really like this hotel. Please service the AC and clean the AC drain hole in the bathroom, lots of black worms coming out of the AC hose in the bathroom, in the upstairs room especially, there are so many worms, I'm getting goosebumps, I'm afraid to shower 😫.
