I stayed in the first room for 2 nights and no cleaning staff came to clean it. Then I moved to another room for another 2 nights and it was also not cleaned. However, the receptionist was lovely.

I booked this hotel for 1 day stay because I need to go to airport in the early morning. The location of the hotel is conveniently located near to DMK. Saw some bad reviews previously but I decided to give it a try, turned out it wasn’t that bad as the reviews. I booked for a 3 persons room, the room was spacious. Got microwave, kitchen sink, a big fridge. The aircon worked perfectly fine. plus point, they offered a free shuttle bus to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. the only downside of the room that booked was a clogged bathroom drain. It wasn’t too bad, just took a bit more time for the water to drain. Overall it was a great stay if you want to have a short stay near airport.

For the room, it's okay, but I was surprised when I woke up in the morning, the floor was wet, maybe because of the humidity if the AC temperature is not high. Everywhere is close, just walk, only the elevator is very small. Take a room for 8, it's okay for a family.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, at the back of the hotel there is a 7-eleven and a simple food stall. Good enough for a transit overnight stay. There is a free transfer facility to the airport. Unfortunately it wasn't available at the time I needed so I had to order a paid taxi myself. But the cost is not too expensive because the hotel's location is close to the airport
