Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious and the staff is very friendly.

Room smell not good, the room I booked not as expected.

I was feel shocked and not able to sleep whole night. The first time experience this situation while holiday , not clean shocked and trust issue with this hotel already I hope the hotel management can maintain well the hotel if still open for public please, there's something happened in the hotel room enough for me to decide the next morning immediately move. Good things the hotel take responsibility and refund my book fee. Im not able to speak further explained what happened hope hotel will make sure not happened this thing to other customers.

Super super small room, breakfast not diverse

The suite room with a corner sea view is quite good. However, the room glass is broken and quite sunny, so it was hot at noon when I checked in. The refrigerator in the room was not cold at all. I reported it to the staff, but they said it was because the refrigerator was designed like that. It is worth noting that the swimming pool is small but beautiful, the restaurant staff is also quite friendly and enthusiastic in supporting. Thanks

Plus points: Friendly staff, clean rooms, quite close to the sea. Minus points: using room perfume too strong smell of chemicals (k Sang), want to go to the swimming pool to see the sea or spa, you have to take the narrow hot stairs from the 12th floor to the 14th floor, the spa space is not professional and is not clean, the swimming pool is tiny and only available (it seems that few people come here to swim); Breakfast has little variety (temporary good taste). Whether to return or not: No.

I booked a regular room but there was a more spacious room available, the staff helped me change the room without charging extra fees. The staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly, the hotel is quite quiet, fully equipped, this is a complete and memorable vacation for my family. If I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely book this hotel again👍👍👍
