Second stay at Passgo after 3 years. First time staying here, I chose the box room and had a great time. When I wanted to attend a concert again, I remembered Passgo, which has super easy access. Then I booked another room. This time it was a capsule. The review is not much different from before. Got a towel, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and 1 bottle of drinking water. Shampoo and soap are already in the bathroom. The only different thing is that the bathroom for the capsule, which is connected to the sleeping area, does not have a water heater. There are 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Tried all 3 bathrooms, and none had hot or even warm water. Good thing that in Jakarta, the cold water isn't too cold. By the way, I got bed 210, which is right in front of the AC, oh my god, it's so cold. No need to turn on the AC inside. The cold penetrates the capsule😭. Even drying a towel doesn't take long to dry. The AC in Passgo is indeed fierce, even the box room was very cold. Bring socks and a jacket if you can't stand the cold. Besides liking the pantry facilities which have a refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, dispenser.

Strategic and affordable hotel.

It's a great place for solo travelers to stop by.

The place is nice and clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the shower room. You could compare it to Bobobox or Senayan Stay for better shower areas.

It's really cool, the staff are helpful and not noisy, it's quiet.

The towels should be automatically available in the locker, instead of having to ask the receptionist.

Very strategic location close to the station

The bedsheets had a few stains of dubious origin, and the hotel towels seemed well used (despite having been newly washed at the time), but otherwise pretty great for a short stay. Only USB A charging outlets are provided inside the capsule itself, but wall outlets are available within the capsule area. I found the room quite chilly, so if you can't stand the cold, I recommend bringing something warm, because the capsule blankets are quite thin. Also, one of the shower heads was broken during my last stay, so I hope it'll be fixed by my next trip. Definitely staying here again.

I stayed at Passgo in the MH Thamrin area and was overall quite satisfied with my stay. Its location is strategic, being in the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. It's perfect for those with business around Thamrin or Sudirman.
