Strategic hotel in the city close to the culinary center, the service is very good and friendly

Hotel staff is friendly. Got a room where the towels were yellow (it's better to bring your own), the mat was dirty, the AC was very noisy when it was turned on, the sheets were dirty, the shower water had a very small flow. For breakfast, it's not bad, but less varied. Hopefully you can pay attention to cleanliness. It's a shame, because the location is strategic, there are good places to eat opposite the hotel.

Strategic Location, to eat around the hotel just walk. Hotel staff is friendly. However, the room is not well maintained, dust and insects are still in the room. The bed sheets are also not clean. The bathroom facilities, especially the shower, are broken (I often stay and have tried 3 types of rooms), the most frequent damage occurs in the shower, the water is slow to heat up in the deluxe room, hot water continuously in the suite room, very little cold water in the standard room. Hopefully it can be fixed because the hotel is in a strategic location with a fairly friendly price. Thank you.

The AC temperature cannot be controlled, even though I have raised the temperature but the AC still works to cool the room. In the bathroom there are also rat droppings on the sink and the toilet seat is also dirty.

The room was stuffy, the TV had no broadcast. Wifi doesn't work.

Booked 3 nights here, the second night there was a problem with the key, I was asked to move to another room which turned out the AC wasn't cold, I complained and it turned out the original room key could be repaired. The service is very unprofessional, even though I often stay here, this is the first time I am disappointed and hope I don't stay here again, there are many other better hotels.

There is no hot shower and towels are very old. Only soap is provided. Bedsheets seemed not fresh. Noisy as party at the neighbour ended 2am in the morning. Very expensive comparing to other similar places in Sumba.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. Limited breakfast choices. It's better to bring your own towel because on the first day towels are not available in the bathroom. The second day I asked for a towel and was immediately given but it was still a bit damp.

The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean, the facilities are as promised. The only thing that bothered me was the number of flies.

A lot of mosquitoes even though they asked to be sprayed "baygon" still. There are still many, the bathroom smells and is not clean enough.

Very unsatisfactory service, lack of care, the toilet smells flash, cannot be used, is damaged, there is no hot water for bathing.

There should be hot water at that rate.
