in room 313 the water is not flowing fast, it is not comfortable for defecating and bathing. even though I have reported it to the officer, there is still no change

The service is very good, the food is delicious. There is a swimming pool, but the toilet needs a lot of attention. But other than that, this hotel is really worth it, the best hotel.

Hotel is not well maintained. Not clean.

Overall I always like staying here. Because I have been to Lahat several times and always stay here. The hotel staff is also very nice and friendly, there is also a swimming pool that is very clean.

The bathroom door could not be locked, the hotel wifi also often had errors and often could not be used.

Musty pillows, no amenities, dirty bathroom walls, shabby towels, air conditioning not cold, no mineral water.

Kamar double deluxe. Mohon kebersihan kamarnya di jaga. Banyak kotoran cicak. Lapor house kiping untuk bersihin.

Hotel tua, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Tidak ada lift. Terlalu mahal dibandingkan fasilitasnya. Sarapan lumayan. Pintu kamar tidak ada kunci tambahan. Masih pakai TV tabung dengan channel terbatas. Kalau hanya untuk tidur boleh lah, tapi rugi karena mahal.

The extra mattress is expensive, the mattress is very thin like cloth.

Great location, lots of snacks outside. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is quite good. Only there is no hot water in the room. Bathe.

This disclaimer is feedback from us that we felt during our stay. * The purpose of criticism is to be constructive. 1. Room cleanliness still needs to be improved. 2. There is no water heater (perhaps when we booked the room we didn't check the facilities because they were considered hotel standard). 3. We don't have high expectations for breakfast because it is also in a small area, but compared to other hotels in other areas, it is far behind. Thank you and hopefully the future will be better.

Service is quite good, but lacking in room comfort due to the condition of the hotel which is a little poorly maintained, for food when compared to room prices there are too few menu choices.

The place is good, the service is pretty good, the facilities are complete according to the room type, the air conditioner is really cold, but what is really a shame is that the water is very small.
