The room was fairly clean and spacious, with a direct view of Medan. The air conditioning was quite cool, but you couldn't request breakfast earlier, even though it was takeout.

There are ants and cockroaches in the room, please follow up immediately.

Comfortable place to stay and quick access.

When I first entered the room, the specifications didn't match. Poor the housekeeping department got a scolding. Hopefully, they'll be more responsive to customer complaints. Sorry, not to be sorry, this will be my first and last stay here.

It's still the same as before: a clean hotel, helpful staff, and a great location. There are plenty of cafes nearby.

For this price, it's pretty good. The pillows are hard, though, and I think they need to be replaced.

I once couldn't get into my room because my child had fallen asleep. I couldn't get through to the hotel staff. Thankfully, they were friendly, and I was finally able to get into my room. Thank you, Deli Hotel. I always stay here when I'm in Medan. The breakfast at the restaurant is varied, with a daily changing menu. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.
