Very standard, and everything is fine. The only downside is the access road; the hotel only has room for one car. The upside is that the hotel is only a 7-minute walk to Malioboro Street.

I didn't have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be totally worth it. The AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean, the location was great, and the service was excellent; everyone was friendly and helpful. Close to Malioboro, easy to find food. The downside is that there's no faucet in the shower, which makes ablution difficult. Luckily, there's a mosque nearby, just a short walk away. The TV isn't Android yet, so hopefully it can improve in the future. I recommend staying here, and I might come back next time.

We often stay here when we go to Jogja, the receptionist even knows us by heart, it's recommended because it's close to Malioboro and there are lots of food and souvenirs for sale.
