I transited in Surabaya after Christmas holiday with my child and wife. I chose this unit from Traveloka because it has direct access to the mall. After staying for 1 night, the lights in the living room went out and engineering was called to fix it. Today is the last day and when I woke up in the morning I found a lot of puddles of water on the front floor of the bathroom and there was a sound of a leaking pipe under the sink. It seems that this unit is not ready to be rented out. The intention of a comfortable visit with family to Surabaya instead got unplanned things to do and think about.

The more complete the facilities, the better.

Can't get hotel amenities at all. The toilet door cannot be closed. There are lots of ants in the kitchen

No wifi, no TV on, no fridge and dispenser. No drinking water. Dirty room lots of hair on the floor. When entering the bed messy.

Wifi doesn't work, the electric kettle is broken, the stove also doesn't have gas, it's hard to make coffee.

Very comfortable while staying there. The owner is friendly too.

The place is clean, you can get a good city view, the facilities are very complete starting from TV, AC, Refrigerator, Stove, Tableware, Wardrobe Cabinet, Water Heater, Wifi, and others. Thank you Tanglin Griya Gailen.

The apartment is good. As shown in the photo, clean, comfortable, next time you go to Surabaya, you can book this again, thank you.

Not suitable for rent, towels and soap facilities are not available, a lot of furniture needs to be repaired.

The owner of the apartment is rude.

-0/10 The owner insisted we transfer Rp.300,000 before even inspecting the apartment. Once we eventually got upstairs we were so disappointed. This apartment 3110 is filthy and has not been cleaned for months. The bedsheets are soiled and have holes, the pillows smelt of BO. Human hairs everywhere. The kitchen is filthy and unequipped. Every drawer, even in the bedrooms has food and dirt inside. The bathroom is horrific. There was human feces stuck to the pan and the toilet, wash basin and shower have never been cleaned. Only 2 towels for a 4 person apartment. No soaps. The soap dispenser in the shower is broken and full of water. Only one AC works the rest are not cold and there is a notice to say the power is not enough to use AC and hob which we found weird the floor throughout the apartment made our feet black. The vanity shelve for the TV is coming away from the wall and there is a bog hole in the wall where the tv bracket used to be. There are cleaning and paint buckets and utensils in the bathroom and on the terrace. The fidges freezer compartment is a solid block of ice and there is black mould around the door seals. We will never book an apartment with agent again.
