Very friendly staff, always help every guest request

The villa is big and quite strategic, but when you arrive you still have to sweep and mop it because it's dirty, the swimming pool hasn't been cleaned and only cleaned at 12 at night 🫠 (it's epic), the kitchen sink is clogged, the hot water doesn't work, wow, it's complete 🥲.

The hotel staff are very friendly.

The guard of the villa is friendly, thank you, mas tofik. Unfortunately for some unsatisfactory facilities, such as hot water in the main bathroom and 2nd bathroom does not work. Only the upstair bathroom functions even with very little water. So it must be accommodated in December because it cannot use sower and bathub. There was a leak at the top of the stairs which endangered children by making the floor slippery. In the kitchen, especially in the cupboard under the washtafel smells musty until I taru coffee so it does not smell.

Exciting, complete with a private pool, a pleasant holiday with family, recommended.

Nice, comfortable, clean villa and nice view (Gunung Arjuna). Suitable for those who want to relax in Batu Malang. The villa owner and villa manager are very friendly.

Villages are recommended. Complete facilities. the view is special. European-style building. Very luxurious. The only minus is that there is no bathroom on the floor. 2. the bathtub in the main room is nice. Like the king's room. Highly recommended.
