The villa is very comfortable, clean, the karaoke place is next to the swimming pool so you can supervise the children while karaoke. The location is very strategic, close to tourist attractions, East Java Park, BNS, Kusuma Agrowisata, alun-alun, to Museum Angkut, just walk. There are also many people selling food in the villa area, there are meatballs, satay, milk, ice so you don't have to worry about starvation. The place is nice and close to East Java 1 and 2, a little bit far from East Java 3, there are 4 pieces of mattress available, free extra 3 pcs, comfortable house, but for those who seek peace, you won't be able to because around the villa too, at karaokean, The upper lavatory door is broken and previously reviewed it's also broken, it hasn't been fixed either. Near the kitchen couch leak quite swiftly, hot water is also very long to fill again after disposable, just objective.

An impressive experience sleeping here, close to the city, Museum Angkut just visible from the upper room. The villa keeper is also kind and responsive. Sometime if you want to go to Batu again. Location in the residential area. Recommended is it.
