I booked the Patio Deluxe room, but when I checked in, I only got a Deluxe King. Too bad and frustrating.

I originally booked a two-night stay and extended it by one more night because I still had work to do. Unfortunately, housekeeping was not provided on the additional night of my stay.

Closed to North-South highway toll. Good for those who need to rush to another point the next day.

Clean rooms & very friendly staff

The best comfortable hotel. Only there is no special parking space for the hotel. Overall can be repeated again, breakfast is also delicious.

The rooms are more spacious than others so far, close to the Ayer Keroh toll.

A hidden gem. For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It's clean and smells great in every corner. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are excellent. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Beautiful spacious room with extra big double bed, plush and comfortable. Opulent bathroom with toiletteries. Good spread of breakfast. Friendly & helpful Bellman. Welcoming and attentive front office. The only downside was loud music from the rooftop lounge playing till midnight on weekend...my room was on 7th floor. Still, Ames will be choice when i m in melaka.

1. We had a very good stay at AMES Hotel, comfortable and great value for money. 2. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. We had no noise issues. 3. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast and reception. 4. Breakfast had good variety. The pool area was clean and relaxing.

Ames has maintained the service and family-friendly environment since the opening day, but during my last check-in, I had to park my car far away from the hotel even though I had noted it in the reservation. Otherwise, Ames is the best in the Ayer Keruh area.
