Not bad for a family vacation, close to the food court, just cross the road.

bathroom cleanliness is very unpleasant

The location of the apartment is quite strategic, Braga can be reached on foot. For the cleanliness of the room, it is quite clean, only the bed sheets smell musty, need to be replaced. Overall 8/10.

The most important thing is that the location of the hotel makes it easy for me to get around the Bandung area.

Admin slow response, check in/check out wait a long time. Wifi room is available but wrong password cannot be used, asked admin but can't find a solution. No gallon.

Book 3 rooms. Room 1: - AC is dead. - Sink is leaking. - Electricity tokens are used up. - Dirty. Room 2. - There is a dead durian in the refrigerator. - There is a dead cockroach. - Wifi doesn't work. - Smelly towels. - Electricity tokens are dead. - Not comfortable. - Elevator often has errors. Room 3. - Tokens run out, refills by themselves 😭. - Jasmine smells

just arrived there was a problem with the gas, already complained but no solution then the electricity token ran out, immediately given the refill token number after that the water went out there was no water at all, initially because the electricity was out but when the electricity was on the water still didn't come out, from night to morning there was no water it was very difficult. Finally the new technician came after 08:00 from all that was given compensation in the form of late check out until 14:00 then we checked out it was a bit difficult because there was no water if our gas/kitchen was not too much of a problem, we could still buy food

I will not and will not possibly stay here again, the check-in service was disappointing, many of the room equipment was broken, the sink was broken, the AC was not cold, wow, I will not stay here again... it is risky to bring my family... bad experience staying here

Had a dirty room, then changed to a better one. The price is too high for a room like that.

Lack of maintenance, before selling the room should have checked the cleanliness, electricity tokens, gas for cooking drinking water checked. How come the water inside is already mossy. Seriously.

The toilet leaked, the bathroom smelled bad. The gas was empty, other appliances couldn't be used, asked about the gas after cooking, no response at all until finally checking out, no response. Only responded if you want to check in and check out. First and last time, I won't try again

The bathroom faucet leaks and the water flow is very small so it runs out quickly. The floor is dirty as if it hasn't been mopped. It doesn't look like it's been well prepared. Hopefully it can be better

The room is not the same as what was ordered
