The room's soundproofing is not good, the elevator waiting area has a trash can right there, the smell is unbearable, the staff is okay, they don't check carefully, luckily I wondered and asked again or I would have lost money for the extra child fee.

Gia đình tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghĩ cực thoải mái và vui vẻ. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện vui vẻ. Vị trí ngay trung tâm xung quanh nhiều quán ăn đi dạo cũng rất thích. Có dịp ra nha trang tôi vẫn sẽ chọn ARECA.

I bought this room 300k and added 100k for the second baby. 400k total and get breakfast too. However, I already called to confirm the room in advance, I arrived late and had to wait for a long time to check in

Book a 3-person room with an extra bed for a third person, a total of 2 rooms, when checking in, the staff does not have an extra bed, 3 people sharing 2 single beds, one bed is packed, so when Thanh Toan has the option of adding an extra bed, the hotel service attitude is poor, calling the switchboard to ask for help, can't see the refund solution.
