Overall everything is good, and we really appreciate the help that has been given by the apartment owner who is so professional that our vacation in this place is so enjoyable.

(+) Complete facilities, complete kitchen equipment, magicom microwave, hairdryer, all functioning well. Spacious enough there are 2 toilets. Friendly service, booking we have to call the hotel first, yes / can wa in the application. Ask to come in at 12, maybe 12.30, Ask for dirty bed linen to be brought. Wifi asks for an additional modem, sometimes it turns off, you can use a Marbella hotspot, apparently. (-) Cleanliness is very lacking, I think it's not cleaned on the day it comes in because it's so dusty. Luckily we brought art so we cleaned it ourselves. Entering the bathroom there was a very big and smelly cockroach. Had to not take a shower because the bathtub was really dirty like the photo, it was really funny. Same with the main application sheet, there are stains like d*r*h and yellow marks, but don't replace the sheets with the pillowcases. The kitchen also smells of cockroach drawers, and mildew, it's a good idea to wash all the kitchen utensils first. Overall the building is outdated and needs maintenance. Suggestion: Please pay attention to cleanliness, and update the mossy walls to be repainted. After booking, maybe the hotel has given us information on how to check in for tomorrow, because at first I didn't know so I had to ask the hotel reception because it was a different manager.

Have stayed here 2x. Complete facilities, there are 2 bathrooms, warm water is smooth. There is a garden and a children's pool. Parents are happy, the children are happy too 😊 Next time I go to Bandung again, I will stay here.

Not satisfied if you only stay here for a day, the price is also affordable, suitable for a family vacation, there are 2 bathrooms, the unitx is clean, cool, quiet & there is a pool + a playground for children, the view is ok, cooking utensils + eating is enough, there refrigerator so that you can store food ingredients for cooking because the location is a bit far from the city center, only 1 is the problem, there is no foot mat .

It's the umpteenth time staying here, the room is spacious with 2 rooms, balcony overlooking the pool, clean room & bathroom conditions, complete eating & cooking utensils, cold air conditioning, pretty good tv broadcasts, limited wifi, bathtub in the main bathroom, hot water yes, very satisfied, only the condition of the hotel is quiet so the jacuzzi and foam pool cannot be used, the rest is fun.

Lumayan nyaman, semua peralatan lengkap nyaman dan bersih, air hangat lancar, view menghadap ke alam, hanya saja kurang air galon untuk minum.

Because it's an apartment, you don't need to go to the receptionist. But directly in contact with the host. Nice view, the unit is pretty clean, wifi must be requested first, the bathroom is clean but smells bad. If you can give camphor or fragrance. The manager is very communicative, complete facilities, next official trip, stay in this place again.

The place is clean, comfortable and nice. Plates and cooking utensils are provided so you don't have to bother bringing them from home.
