The second time I stayed at the Seruni Hotel, I stayed in the Hobbit Room, which was quite nice and spacious. Opening the door directly to the children's play area and swimming pool.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the Hobbit room is always a family favorite. I've stayed in several Hobbit rooms. Next, I'd like to try the Mount Salak, Mount Gede, and Mount Pangrango rooms. Each room has its own unique characteristics. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults. The hotel is spacious and offers a variety of room types, complete amenities, and a children's play area. Due to its hillside location, there are a lot of stairs. Overall, the place is comfortable and pleasant, and the views are also perfect for a short break.

The room is dim (lack of lighting). The AC is not cold enough. There is no back door lock. The rest is okay.

A hotel that's practically a one-stop shop, offering a stay without having to worry about finding entertainment and photo spots outside the hotel. It's all here. Soundproof rooms, great bathrooms. We happened to be in the Hobbit, so the kids were really happy. The rooms are located in front of the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. It's satisfying, and please keep it that way. Also, please diversify the breakfast buffet. I've stayed here three times, and I've always had the same food.

I don't regret staying here, it's perfect for kids. Lots of games and a swimming pool too. There are also lots of street food stalls outside the hotel. It's really cold here at night, almost 16 degrees! 🥶🙏 When I checked in, no one carried my suitcase, it was a bit of a hassle going up and down the stairs 🤣. Oh yeah, when I first checked in and lay down on the bed, I found what looked like a termite or something under my pillow, the point is the bed was still a bit dirty. The room was really nice, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Hopefully next time I can try Seruni Gede, Pangrango, and Salak! 🫰🏼💕

The kids loved the mini zoo. The rooms were clean, but the hot water often ran out. The pool water was incredibly cold, which is understandable in Puncak.

Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, as there was still dirt in some corners when we stayed. That's it; everything else is very good.🙏

Breakfast was the same. During our five-day stay (Monday-Friday), there was almost no variety. One Wednesday, the food ran out, even though it was only 8:00 am. The staff was unresponsive, only adding more when asked. The location, rooms, and facilities were good. There were three kiddie pools, which were nice. The rooms were also nice. Cleaning service was good.

Overall good, but the breakfast lacks a lot of variety in food choices.
