The food, rooms, and service were all really good.

The hotel is very pleasant for families.

Friendly staff. Cool. Quiet. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Spacious place. Kids-friendly. For Hobbits, close to children's play areas. Problems when tapping the card on the room door didn't work, apparently the door battery was dead. Immediately fixed immediately. Comfortable place. Clean, fragrant bathroom, always hot water. Weekdays are not so busy. Good road access and strategic location.

Overall, everything was fine. The only downside was that check-in had to be at 2:00 sharp, even though it was quiet. I was already in front of my room, but I hadn't received the key yet. Breakfast had a good selection, but the fried rice and soy sauce chicken weren't very tasty.

Overall, it's good, but the customer service is not very informative. If you don't ask, they won't give you information.

Overall everything is good, it's a family hotel, there's a mini zoo for children, and at certain times there are shows in the evening, so it was a very memorable visit here.

Kids-friendly, comfortable, clean, and the food is delicious. I'll order again next time for a special occasion.

I returned here after a long time with my family, but was disappointed. The room, especially the area under the bed, was filthy. The rubber bathtub area was broken and unusable. My biggest annoyance was breakfast. When I complained to the staff about the lack of tables, I was instead told to sit in the smoking area even though I had small children with me. It was very disappointing.

The hotel facilities are very child-friendly and the children enjoy being on the hotel premises.

It was really fun staying here... Far from horror... Early check-in possible... Check-out was not rushed... The whole family was happy... Next time will come back again...

There's no doubt about staying at Seruni Hotel. Order dinner at the restaurant, which is affordable and delicious. Breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are friendly, no questions asked. Oh, and we got snacks upon check-in, thank God. Thank you Seruni Hotel 🫶

This is my umpteenth stay here, but this time I was a bit disappointed because the room was not as ordered and the room next door was a bit noisy.

The best hotel, makes you feel at home, the kids really like it... Next time I will definitely come here again.
