one day is not enough.... complete facilities... the best in short...

This is a kids-friendly hotel, as it has many and varied pools, lots of children's games to choose from, clean and well-maintained rooms (perhaps you could add air freshener to make them smell better), and friendly staff.

The check-in process was fast and the staff responded quickly to escort us to our room and parking was directed close to our room.

Sorry, just a suggestion, the lights are not bright enough for a hobby house.🙏🏻

The service staff is friendly, even though I took the wrong restaurant for breakfast, I was still served well.

A very pleasant experience, many facilities available and the view is soothing to the eyes, I like it.

The breakfast lacked variety and the flavors were lacking. Everything else was good.

This hotel is close to Bogor Safari Park. The decoration is very unique and beautiful. I like staying at this hotel. The staff is also friendly. I will repeat again.

Suitable for holidays with children

Highly recommended for families with children who will really like it because there are many children's play facilities such as swimming pools, playgrounds, game rides, farm animals, and others.

We booked 2 rooms, for us and kids. The room is big and spacious. The bed was comfortable and includes safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, tv, separate bath tub and rain shower. The ceiling is unique and nice. The breakfast place is so far from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok and the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

The bed was very comfortable and includes a safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, tv, separate bath tub, rain shower and balcony. The room decoration is very unique. The breakfast place is so far from the room to Seruni 3 which is high with lots of staircase. But everything was ok and the hotel is very near to the Safari just 5 minutes driveway.

The hotel is spacious, but unfortunately, I found the Hobbit-type room a bit damp. The hotel facilities are good and it's kids-friendly.

First time staying at Seruni, the room was nice and comfortable, air-conditioned, and had a mini fridge. But the sound from the room next door was really loud, as if there was no soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious, some were delicious, some were just so-so hehe. Coincidentally, I checked in on Sunday for the kids' toys, maybe they only open on Saturdays? Because the trains were covered in plastic, the carousel was also unguarded and it was not running. Only one or two rabbits came out, I didn't see any sheep at all. Next time, I might come back to check in on Saturday ♥️

From the moment I checked in, it was special. I arrived at 12 noon and the room was ready. Upon arriving, I was presented with a view of the valley and open fields with many animals below. There are several paid rides and some free ones. There's also a water park. The kids will love it. Breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty. The rendang makes me want more. Everything on the menu is always refilled, even though I was there around 9 p.m. There are performances like Balinese dances on Saturday nights, but we didn't watch them because we were tired from playing in the playground and water park during the day. The only downside is that the room lights are not very bright.

I never get bored staying at the Hobbit during school holidays. The views are stunning, and there's plenty of play space for children.

A fantastic family destination, with plenty of activities: swimming in multiple pools for children and adults, a water park, a sauna, and a small warm pool. There's also a mini zoo where kids can see small animals like birds, rabbits, goats, and other tame animals.

This is my first time trying a Hobbit-style room like this. The room is really nice and cute. The kids really enjoyed it. Thank you.
