the food is not tasty and there is not much variety

Several times staying here, the kids definitely love it. The swimming pool has many variations, the room is big and there is a bathtub, for the evening event there is a regional dance performance which is really cool, unfortunately when we stayed during a long weekend so we got a valley view. (a little suggestion for the main lights cannot be turned off). Overall very recommended for family vacations.

This is the 8th time we have stayed at Seruni, because there are lots of places to play, the rooms are big and clean too.

The scenery was awesome, also super kids friendly, but there's one thing that's been bothering me, though—the sound of wooden chairs being dragged across the floor, both during the day and at night, can be quite unsettling. Additionally, the view from the Amandari room's balcony isn't particularly impressive, as it's mostly just trees. On the bright side, the hotel's proximity to the river means that the soothing sound of the water flow makes for a more restful sleep. I'll definitely be back at Seruni Hotel in the future, but I might try out a different room next time. Recommended stay!

view is no medicine indeed this Seruni hotel. only a little disappointing, when after checking in, the front office was not communicative enough to explain where the room and where breakfast. I have to ask first to be explained. our family went around for a long time looking for our room because there were no officers in the Amandari building on standby. in the future, it would be better if there were employees on standby in the Amandari building so that we know that the Opera building is next to Amandari. the security guard is very helpful and friendly. the restaurant service is also good. the food is quite delicious. but there is not much variety. overall still want to go to Seruni again next time

Seruni hotel beautiful place

It paid off after the drama of being stuck in the longest traffic jam on the peak route.

At 14.30 the room was still not ready so we were forced to wait in front of the room, even though the check-in regulation is at 14.00 ... please pay more attention to the management. So that guests are not made to wait too long.

Just a suggestion, don't throw the bathroom exhaust into the street because it's quite disturbing.. The size of the room is okay, the hotel facilities are also okay for children
