Nice ambience in the middle of Tomohon City.

The AC is leaking, there are lots of baby cockroaches in the bathroom and in the room.

The stairwell area is not very clean, there is a lot of dust and dirt. It is quite noisy, so it is not possible to rest.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and well-maintained. It's strategically located in the center of Tomohon, making it easy to access tourist attractions. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is indeed strategic from Tomohon City Center & Tourist Locations. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. The pillowcases are very smelly, please improve cleanliness.

The room is nice, but the AC isn't cold enough. I want to ask to move rooms but I'm really tired. The TV also doesn't work and can't be used to watch. Please fix it. For others it is very good. Thanks.
