Not recommended, ga sesuai dengan apa yang ada d aplikasi. Fasilitas buat 4, namun kasur cuma buat 3, handuk d kasih 2, tapi 1 handuk itu keset kaki, kasur kotor, dan bikin gatal kulit sehingga ga bisa tidur. Kulkas bau, kamar nya apek. Saya sudah sewa 2 malam, 1 malam sudah cukup, besok langsung pulang walau ga bisa refund. Total disaster.

The location of the hotel is strategic, near the mall and culinary tours and public facilities. But it's unfortunate not according to my expectations like other apartments I have ever visited, the place is so dirity, the bathroom is not provided toiletries like the others. The rest of the food used by other people is still there when I enter. bucket in the bathroom so dirity. Duh anyway makes me want to quickly check-out quickly. Hopefully it can be improved for other prospective customers in terms of service and cleanliness. But thank you, I have already rented it.

The place is nice, but when I stay overnight there is a problem, the electricity token is off and the wifi can't be connected. Overall it's good, that's all the problem.

The room provided did not match what was booked. Worse yet there was no notification from the provider of the apartment. The condition of the room is also not clean, the bathroom and some parts are damaged such as TV and floor. After the new complaint is replaced with another room. The system and management of the apartment is not good in my opinion. The service is less than satisfying. There was an item that was left behind and it was reported after my party asked. If not asked, there might not be info from the apartment.

The room is still prime or really new! Still clean, neat, the facilities are quite complete, CS is accelerated, there is dish soap and soap for the mop floor, the stove works well, complete cutlery are some flaws because it is still new such as price tags for cooking utensils, there are cutting boards but no knives hot water, unfortunately it can't take long because it takes a long time to cool down, there's no soap (luckily I always bring my personal toiletries), there are still handyman items (paints, flip-flops, etc.) in the cupboard under the stove, no air freshener, balcony there are items that have not been tidied up, the rest is safe

Booking for 4 people but mattresses are available for 3 people (1 single bed and 1 double bed). When I first entered, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. The sheets and pillowcases were not replaced especially since the sheets on the double bed mattress had stains like translucent menstrual blood. Broken toilet and shower faucet. There is a tile floor that has the potential to hurt the foot. But the response of the apartment owner was very kind and friendly. The location is also strategic with the shopping center in Cihampelas which can be reached only on foot. This apartment will actually be very pleasant to rent if the cleanliness and damaged facilities are repaired.
