Great place for an overnight stay

Great, tastes good, affordable price

Sorry, for the arrangement of glass teapots please do not put them under the clothes hanger. Unfortunately yesterday when I was taking a jacket, the glass teapot accidentally hit my jacket, fell and broke 😩. So, it had to be replaced. For me, the price to replace the teapot was quite reasonable, fortunately the staff was a nice and friendly guy, and cleaned it immediately.

My personal opinion, for a Deluxe Queen room rate of 400K, it is expensive here. There is no drinking water in the room (take water yourself from the dispenser provided at certain spots), the room key still uses a key not a card, the room lights are dim and tend to be dark. Not suitable for family stays.

The hotel staff is friendly and the service is satisfactory. Thank you.

(-) slippery bathroom floor—prone to slipping, non-foaming soap, no shampoo provided, only 2 clothes hangers, no toilet paper provided, the jet shower is on the right (so it's hard to wash yourself hehe).. and there is no main white light, so when working at night in the room the lighting is dim! (+) the TV works well, the AC also works well, the water heater also flows fast and hot. There is a water dispenser outside the room, and the room is spacious! Also the breakfast is delicious! SUGGESTIONS: The bathroom ceramic floor should be changed to a slightly rough texture, because when taking a shower and getting soap suds on it, the ceramic is very slippery which makes it prone to slipping!

The room looks like it's very old, the bathroom floor is black and slippery plus the lighting is lacking, there are very few electrical outlets, the mattress is curved. The location is before entering the city of Lumajang

For that price, a hotel with a room like this should have facilities available, such as a water boiler (must be rented / 50 thousand), thin blankets like cheap hotels... the food is quite varied...

The hotel is nice and clean, the service is friendly

Affordable prices and clean and spacious rooms, some can even accommodate up to 4 people.

Just so-so, a superior minimalist room & in my opinion, the AC is not cold enough, only 1/2 pk & the breakfast tastes so-so.

It's quite worth it, the room is also nice, not bad at all.

Overall good. The rooms and restaurant are okay, everything needs to be straightened out for the card key system, 🫡.

so far it's okay for the size of hotels in the area.

Cleanliness is OK, only in the room on the 3rd floor, the bathroom seems to have chosen the wrong type of ceramic (smooth) so it is very slippery, you should have used ceramic (rough), the restaurant menu lacks variety, the receptionist is too stiff in service.
