Good things of this place is cleanliness and proximity to some popular places (AEON, and other things in BSD). You can also walk to the nearby McDonalds restaurant, it's literally next door. However, there are some concern from me that might make me wanna pass this place next time, these are: 1. Check-in & Check-out is not that easy and coordinated, you might need to call the staff on the site multiple times to make it clear. 2. This is quite important for me, you are required to pay a deposit fee, beside what you have paid in app... P.S. Also I have to confirm to the staff on the site multiple times about this, seems they are not really aware of the procedure. 3. No towels... I have requested to the staff, and he said he would provide the towels, but until I checked out, no towels provided :( 4. WiFi is not available as advertised. It's a no show for WiFi :( Overall, it's ok, but it's less than what I have expected, considering the fee (the actual fee & deposit fee).

However, it turns out that on the day we wait more than 30 minutes. And the staff also seemed relaxed, and even asked for extra time because he said he would take things first. Second, when he entered the apartment, it turned out that it was still not ready and quite dusty so we were clean first. Third, it turns out the bathroom has no fourth water heater, the staff asked me to check out and we answered that we checked out 9.30.
