This hotel is definitely worth a stopover in Cianjur. The staff is friendly, the facilities are excellent, the parking is spacious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for its affordable price.

The service was less than cooperative at the start, there wasn't one set, the room was clean even though the TV was difficult to change channels, maybe switch to a smart TV like the hostels nearby so you don't lose out on competition. The location is on the side of the road, very easy to get to places to eat and restaurants.

The rooms are quite clean and not cramped, the hotel is neat, the TV works well, very sufficient for an overnight stay.

The hotel is quite strategic, the atmosphere is quite comfortable, only the food menu is not a buffet so it is limited, the service is quite good.

Advantages: - friendly staff. - strategic location, in the city close to everywhere. - check in and out process, very easy, no hassle. - rooms are quite spacious. Disadvantages: - the toilet, my goodness, it's like I haven't seen soap in months, until it's crusty yellow, the hotel management/staff doesn't know there are such things as harpic/vixal, the names are harpic/vixal, that's it, it's cheap, the hotel can't do it Just buy something like that, it's really disgusting! Makes you feel uncomfortable and really uncomfortable! I wanted to take a photo too, but I was afraid of making the person who saw it nauseous 😅. - There were blood stains on the bedsheets, I immediately complained, thank God the staff was very, very kind and helpful, I asked for a change and they changed it right away. - The lights/lighting in the room were dim , so it's not clear. - parking the motorbike sideways in front of the car, with a narrow parking lot, I was suspicious, because in the morning when I left the hotel my car had scratches on the side, even though previously there were no scratches at all, only I'm too lazy to ask and argue, so I'll just let it be, just know. Nb: it's a shame, actually in terms of the building, location and interior, it's already good for that price, try to be more aware of the parking and be cleaner, it will definitely make people want to come back again to stay there.
