The staff is enthusiastic, the room is small but clean. The receptionists supported me wholeheartedly when I arrived in Quy Nhon, I really liked it.

Mọi thứ đều ok, khách sạn nên bổ sung xà phòng trong nhà vệ sinh, mình đi cả nhà có bé nhỏ mà kháchsạn không có thang máy nên mỗi lần lên đều phải cổng bé lên tầng 4, đi chơi về mệt là muốn tắt thở, lên xuống cũng hơi bất tiện

Rooms are clean, cozy and peaceful. Near the center, near the sea.

I went 4 people, in two rooms, the sea view is really good, the sea view, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, spacious, the sea breeze is cool, the center should be near everything, just a little bit vinmart, there is a service is and repairing, juice shop on the first floor, convenient 👍😆 Next time if I have the opportunity to visit Quy Nhon, I would love to book Carisbay room again. Hope Carisbay is growing and has many customers. ❤️

Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms. But I had to move after 2 days because I could not stand the wall noise of the next apartment. Burning from 7am even it's Sunday and the hotel still has no idea to keep guests comfortable when they come to resort.

The hotel is right in advertising, nice view, clean room, modern color.

The staff are extremely friendly, both morning and night, very kind. There is a little inconvenient, no elevator.

The hotel is quite basic, bottles of water are charged. However the service is so incredible and it made it up for the whole trip.

The hotel does not have an elevator. Facilities are not good. But the staff are extremely friendly and enthusiastic.

Nice location, warm great from the receptionist, nice juices sold at the front, a lot of food around and also near the beach. The only thing made me slightly concerned is that the bar nearby is a little bit noisy at night.
