This is the second time I chose King hotel when traveling to Da Nang. The room is cozy, the staff cleans every day. The mattress is comfortable and I slept well.

The room is ok, luxurious, a bit of a pity that the TV can't watch YouTube. The room's soundproofing from the outside is a bit poor.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic.

The rooms here are very clean, safe, fully equipped. The staff is very nice and friendly, ready to help.

Everything was fine until check out. I forgot a box of food in the minibar. The staff checked the room and told me I had used water but didn't tell me I forgot anything. When I got home, I called the receptionist to check and they said yes. When I got it back, there was only half a box left. Still no apology from the hotel. Will not come back.

I chose to stay here and initially booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, but when I arrived I had to pay extra because the hotel said only 1 child could stay with me. I agreed to upgrade to a room with 2 beds to make it less crowded, but when I got to the room I was disappointed. The room was cramped, the TV had no wifi, the air conditioner was not cool. When I booked, I got a free steam bath and massage, but when I asked the receptionist, they said the steam room was broken and could not be used. In general, I will not return.

Friendly staff, assistance with luggage storage and early check-in. Everything is stable. However, even though someone cleaned the floor, they only wiped it so there was still a lot of sand on the floor. The hotel should improve this place as well. You can put more brooms in the room so guests can sweep themselves when they want to sit on the floor. If I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang, I will still choose here.

Next time I come to Da Nang, I will still choose King House. Everything is fine except the soundproofing room is a bit poor due to children swimming in the swimming pool

The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and airy, there are 2 stairs (safe for fire safety), and there is a 6-hour and full-day car rental service (the car and helmet are a bit old). The hotel is close to the center of some markets, it's convenient to go out to eat. If I come back I will book again, thanks

Friendly staff, reasonable price, clean hotel

I loved it here. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, to the Dragon bridge, and to the night market. Staff was nice, the room was just like the picture, and they really cared about my request and gave me a room with that little cute balcony. Would definitely come back next time!

The staff is very friendly. The room is comfortable like a mini studio apartment, the wifi is ok, there is a refrigerator, kitchen, towels, water heater. They have a private car service so we can rent it, the price is ok. Overall I like staying here.

khách sạn rất nhiệt tình. gia đình mình thuê xe máy để dạo phố. khách sạn giúp trông xe đêm mà không phàn nàn gì. phòng ốc đầy đủ tiện nghi, bếp, bát đũa...nhà mình mua hải sản tươi về nấu rất tiện. khách sạn cũng hỗ trợ đổi phòng rất nhiệt tình. do lúc đặt mình không để ý đặt 1 giường phải đổi lên 2 giường do con nhỏ. rất tiwecs không thể cung cấp hình ảnh khách sạn để mọi người tham khảo do ảnh có con nhỏ nhà mình nên mình không muốn up ảnh. nhưng khách sạn rất đáng đặt phòng nhé

Mình đặt 3N2Đ ở đây. Đêm trước hôm mình check-in phòng thì có sự vụ khiến phòng thực sự mình đặt không được dùng hôm đầu tiên. Bên khách sạn có liên hệ và xin lỗi cũng như hỗ trợ chuyến đón từ sân bay cho mình về khách sạn và thuê cho mình một phòng ở khách sạn khác (gần đó) để ngụ tạm 1 đêm (và tất nhiên là phòng đó chất lượng thấp hơn phòng mình đặt kha khá - điều này cũng khá buồn vì lần đầu tiên mình đến Đà Nẵng). Ngày hôm sau bạn lễ tân cũng chủ động để bọn mình dọn đồ về phòng chính thức. Phòng tương đối sạch sẽ và thoáng mát, nhà vệ sinh ngăn nắp là điểm cộng. Giường khá êm. Cung đường đi từ khách sạn ra Biển Mỹ Khê gần nhé, đi bộ cũng được. Từ đây đi sang trung tâm và sân bay khá nhanh, đường thoáng, dễ tìm dễ đi.
