It's a great place to rest, quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and security is on high alert. Entry is strictly controlled, making it very safe.

There were no amenities like soap, toothbrushes, etc. The towels looked dirty and didn't smell good. The sheets felt dull. There was a lot of noise insulation.

Clean bedroom, clean bathroom, great location near mega kuningan area and gatot soebroto. You could also find lots of food around the hotel.

The hotel location is good for the purpose of my visit. Very convenient even during fasting month to get food as early as 4am. Nearby mosque too. Good accommodation. For improvement, the AC need to be cleaned/checked as it has minor smells during operation.

My ultimate destination in Jakarta for work purposes, as I often commute weekly every month (I live in Yogyakarta). Location near major business areas, such as Mega Kuningan and SCBD, good access to food and necessities. Security has been very good in tolerating my usually late check-ins (I usually arrive 3 or 4 AM due to using the night train), the rooms and bathrooms are always clean. My only compain so far is, for some of the 2nd floor rooms (210 until 212), the water smells quite bad hence need to let it stream out for a while until you get a less smelly water. Hopefully that can be fixed. Other than that, all is good. My fave room so far is 208: spacious room & bathroom, with good lighting.

The location is crowded. The room & service is OK.

TV channel not working and no solution. No amenities, only towels. Even though I wanted to extend, I was not allowed to move rooms (the TV could not be used in the previous room. Access in and out of the property is very inconvenient because you have to use access that only the staff has (a disadvantage for me, maybe an advantage in terms of security).

Strategic location is ok, security access is ok, bedroom is ok, privacy is not comfortable, have to take a photo of your ID card, the bathroom is leaking and the water is stagnant, there is no toothbrush and soap, there are no TV channels for technical reasons from the provider, the internet is standard. Hopefully the service can be better according to the price.

Due to limited parking, the security guard directed parking at the Kuningan guest house without telling me there was an additional fee, so there was a bit of a misscom with the parking manager at the Kuningan guest house because of my ignorance as a guest.

The place is very comfortable, the AC is really cold, overall it's good, it's just a shame that soap and shampoo are not provided, but the rest is really good.

Disappointingly, Omah Loji was not informative about the lack of parking space, even though he already knew that the parking lot was full of guests every month but there was no information about guests who wanted to bring a car. The staff was sullen and didn't help guests with parking even though it was raining heavily. What's worse is that it is common for guests to find their own parking. I was asked to just cancel directly at Traveloka even though it was clear that it was very troublesome, very impolite. Worst service of all existing Lodges. The bathroom was also flooded and the water was stagnant so it was dirty, the hot water wouldn't come out and there were leaks on the roof. I have visited almost all lodges with similar price ranges, but at this lodge the service and rooms were very disappointing.

Staying here for a business trip, for those of you who have offices around Mega Kuningan and Gatot Subroto, this could be an option. Close to offices. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The public areas are also beautiful with a green atmosphere. The rooms are not spacious enough for those of you who need space to pray in the room. I prayed on the spring bed. Worth it for the price, close to the office 300 m, just walking. There is a mosque near this location too, estimated distance 300 m.
