The service is very friendly and hommy. My guests are very comfortable to stay there. Location in the center of the crowd so everywhere is not difficult.

Very good hotel even i got room at the second floor, it is gonna be little bit difficult for parents but they enjoy the stay for 3d2n. Swimming pool was nice. Staff was so helpful and food are delicious! Breakfast for 2 adults but staff really gave extra boiled eggs for my kid for free, and free refill of mineral water in a green bottle. I was trying nail gel polish and pedicure at azure spa - exactly at persona resort itself, and staff was so friendly (i can not remember the name), she really did not spoil my first time using nail polish and make my nails looks cute. Place exactly at town of gili trawangan and very crowded in the night due to party, but still ok. Thanks for nice experience with Pesona Resort!!!

The location is near the crossing pier and right in front of the beach, the pool is cool, the rooms are nice and fragrant, the breakfast is standard with several package options. Minimal WiFi and cable TV which is always off

Location on the beach and near the night market. Can immediately stop in front of the hotel boat. Although at the beach the room enters into so it's not too crowded. Unless you take the front sea view room, you can't even take a break because the sound of the side bar sounds. If you bring children and parents better take a pool view room which is a new building. calm and comfortable. Delicious food. but you have to make sure it is halal. There are 2 kitchens. Indian and Indonesian food use halal kitchen. Western food has pork. Make sure to bring your own cutlery because mixed with halal and non-halal cutlery. Unfortunately, at 7:00 in the morning, the toddlers and children were swimming and screaming, the staff reminded them that other guests were still resting. Last night too we rested they were noisy. if you want more people prepare a special budget. for example a room filled with 3 people plus 250 thousand per person. Expensive for extra size extra bed. For those who do not want to be hard to walk far or search for a hotel location with a lot of luggage luggage, this is the best choice.

Cool place cuman in room there is no refrigerator, tlpn and alat2 bath is not provided only towel only Fuss if pesen eat should be in the restaurant directly

Urgently need to improve cleanliness. The floor are sticky, the bathroom is pee smelling. We ask the receptionist to send the housekeeper and they said the housekeeper is already off duty. It's 5pm by the way.

Price doesn't worth the service.. No amenities, got the bad location of the room..more like hostel than a hotel.

well according to the internet, but the room count is too expensive if the facilities we get. good front directly beach. comfortable not noisy even though in front of the street loud music.

Steady anyway, the beach again. With that price okay.

Not as expected. Rooms are already with 3 bed, no intercom, very poor facility.

Rent 4 rooms .. there are 2 rooms where the bed is a blood sucking louse jd ortu got suck fit sleep and hit klr blood kutunya .. fitting hot water klr brief trus water jd lg and even kdg bs ga out the water .. not recommended

Cleanliness is quite strategic .. easy to find close to dermg .. just a message service need diperhatikn again .. very very response response if the old food message ..brkfs less satisfactory because the menu cracking dimskn and not much choice ..
