First time booking on traveloka app, reputable. Nice clean room, enthusiastic staff

Friendly staff good service

I have been to many different resorts, but this is the smallest resort I have ever been to, more like a homestay. If you intend to stay and visit Bai Dinh pagoda and Cuc Phuong forest, then staying here is reasonable, because it is quite far from the center. Instead of buffet, breakfast has dishes (pho, vermicelli, ...)

The resort is small but fully equipped. The plus point is that the restaurant at the resort cooks quite well and the price is reasonable

A great experience. A beautiful little resort with full of beautiful baby amenities attached. The procedure is done quickly! In addition to the lobby decorated lanterns, dark to light up feeling like Hoi An. Rooms are clean, even more wonderful on the photo because of the light scent when entering the room. The staff is very well trained, causing sympathy for the guests even though they have not reached the perfect level but enough for the guests to feel that they are gods, I am interested. I especially have compliments to the nice receptionist who took me to the room. Your kindness makes me feel really surprised because there is no place to go back and forth with the air-conditioned reception to help guests enter because of fear of cold. It is really a lovely thing that is really precious to you! Food with a general price, with its taste around 9/10. Perhaps what I regret is that the rain did not capture much external scenes and the breakfast buffet did not have time to try my own bun. If you have to give a comment, firstly, the restroom may be due to the deodorant pipe below or something but it has a slightly unpleasant smell and hope that the house will fix it, secondly, I hope the buffet will have more pastry, ketchup, and finally, the gym has a running machine. Lastly, thank Bai Dinh Garden Resort & Spa for bringing me and my friend a wonderful experience. Hopefully, my home will still be able to keep up the good form as it is now.
