The hotel is quite comfortable even though it is a bit quiet.

The hotel is clean, close to the city center, if I go to Palembang I will definitely want to stay here again.

The place is full of mosquitoes, the room smells, the sheets are dirty, there are no towels.

Stayed for 2 days, the first day was given a super creepy room because the lights were dim and the room was dirty with lots of dust, lots of spider webs and cracked walls and there were signs of water seepage. Then moved to a room on the second day, the room was bright near the window and there was a view of the road, it was still dusty but not as bad as the room on the first day. Breakfast was only fried rice with fried egg and the fried rice on the second day was salty

Notes: 1. The room floor is very dirty and dusty. 2. The walls are in a bad condition. 3. The bathroom is dirty and slippery. 4. The sheets are dirty and have stains. It looks like they haven't been changed/washed. 5. The room is very small. 6. The towels are not clean and smelly. 7. The sound of the water pump is noisy, room number 10 (3rd floor). Hopefully the hotel can be better at maintaining cleanliness.

Hotelnya butuh perbaikan banget, liat temboknya dekil sepray selimut banyak noda sobek juga barang lama kudu diganti! Soalnya harga hotel gak murah tapi ga sesuai banget ama fasilitas, nginep berdua tapi handuk sikat gigi sabun cuma 1, sarapan juga nasgor mulu ga ganti menu dan berisik banget kaya di kosan dan malem banyak motor balap liar aduhh berisik dehh. Mas-mas receptionist ramah koq makanya masih aku kasih nilai

My room's AC wasn't cold at all and the TV didn't broadcast at all, the floor was dirty as if it hadn't been swept at all. There is no telephone in the room so it is difficult to contact the receptionist.

Strategic location, good service from the front office. However the facilities are poor. Dirty, dusty, the towels were very dirty, even torn and black and moldy. The room was very noisy and made it impossible to rest properly.

Stayed for 3 days here, the room is quite spacious, the AC is cold, the view is to the front of the road, the TV channels also broadcast a lot. The location is also quite strategic, going to the nearby PS mall, lots of snacks in the hotel area at night. Be at home anyway.
