The hotel was clean, the service was okay, the service was friendly, but I didn't get a toothbrush and toothpaste, the room was very small, the window was not fitted with curtains, very very annoying, the bathroom was very smelly.

Very very disappointed, the hotel policy there is no prohibition to smoke, it turns out that until the hotel, all rooms are free of cigarette bases. Not in accordance with the one in Traveloka. shower does not work. no hot water.

I canceled my stay at the hotel, because the room size did not fit in the application, in the application size of 20m2. But after checking in the room is only 9m2 in size please return the room that has been paid for 5 days.

Only ordered last night because there were things to be done. Staying in the single room everything was fine. Starting from the entrance, the hotel is one with a cafe on the 1st floor, in a row of shop houses, but not dirty. It's very clean and tidy, comfortable. Enter into a friendly receptionist, the room was comfortable, even though there was no window, as usual lodging in the shop, but everything was ok. Thanks.

The bathroom is really dirty like a public toilet.

A very bad stay, small room, and there was a huge brown stain, the toilet jet was damaged from the hotel but I asked for a deposit, would not come back again, this was the first and last time.

The sheets and pillowcases smell musty, the bathroom too, less clean, on the sheets there are patches of what's used, I think the sheets are not replaced.
