I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is actually quite strategic, though it’s tucked a little inside a small alley. But once you’re there, you’ll find that the area around the hotel is peaceful and away from the noisy main streets, which is perfect if you’re looking for some quiet rest. The staff were very friendly and always available 24 hours, which made check-in and any requests super smooth. The room was clean and odor-free, and the Wi-Fi worked really well, which I appreciate as someone who needs to stay connected. One unique feature I found was the massage service available right in the lobby, which is super convenient after a long day out. There’s also a buggy service to help you get in and out of the alley, though keep in mind it’s not available 24/7. The hotel also has a lift, so no worries if you have luggage or don’t want to deal with stairs. The only downside is that the room felt a bit small, and since it’s located inside a small lane, you’ll need to walk a little to reach the main road.

The standard stay experience is just fine. For access, it can be said to be close, but a bit at the end of the alley again. Some places have to be reached further, especially when it rains, it is very difficult and the roads are not friendly to pass. For the hotel room, we are a family traveler, but the room in the description is 29m, I don't think it's that big. Very narrow, for 4 adults. Not to mention at night, the sound from the next room can be heard up to our room, it seems that the walls of our room and the next room are very thin. So are the sounds around the environment. Well, so far our experience is just standard. Thank you

The staff was friendly: men, who took my bag from the taxi, escorted me to the front desk. Buggy time until 5/8pm. Hope buggy until 23.00 or more. Exactly I need the buggy till midnight that's why I want to stay here. The room is clean. Refueling water available.

The staff is very friendly, also fast response, but the room smells of sewage, and when checking out the room was in high season so the price was not worth it.

Location: I rate the location here as not bad, the location is near Pratunam market (5 minutes walk), the market has many entertainment and dining areas suitable for starting your vacation. Transportation: If you need to go far, you can consider Grab/Bolt (the alley is not too small, 5-7 seater cars can still enter) or walk 10 minutes to BTS Phaya Thay (cheap and very fast, convenient, but it is a bit sunny). The waiting time for technology cars depends on the general traffic situation, not just in this area. The hotel supports cars to take guests to the pick-up point more easily :) very nice. Service: The staff is polite, friendly, open and ready to support guests I did not order massage, breakfast, laundry services of the hotel so I do not review. Space: I stayed in a double room - Twince Queen bed for 5 days. Comfortable room, not too big but clean, full of basic amenities, cleaned daily. Elevator available.

The hotel's location is undeniably convenient, but that's where the positives end. If you're expecting genuine hospitality, you might want to look elsewhere. While the staff can be helpful, it often felt like I had to push and confront them before receiving any assistance. Unfortunately, every concern I raised was met with defensiveness rather than understanding. The most unacceptable part of my stay was the hygiene—sharing a bed with cockroaches and flies is something no guest should ever have to experience. It's hard to imagine what else might've been lurking. This could have been a decent stay if only the basics—cleanliness and customer care—were treated as priorities.

The room is quite small and not soundproof so the person in the next room can hear quite clearly, it is difficult to sleep with the surrounding noise. The road to the hotel is a bit dark but acceptable. Near the market and the train. I met 3 receptionists but one of them had a tense face when communicating.

The hotel is actually in a small alley. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Ratchathewi station, and a 20 minute walk from Ratchaprarop airport rail link. A couple of 7/11 nearby, coffee shops, Pratunam market, Baiyoke fashion area, Platinum market… First I found it quite far, but when I got used to the area, it wasn't that bad. BTS/tuktuk/Grab to Big C, Central World, Siam Center. Room was clean and spacious enough for my short stay. Bathroom only had shampoo and shower gel. Notice: Loud noise in the room will be fined.

The photos are good but the reality is not good.

The room is small, the bathroom is small, the drinking water in the refrigerator is paid, the trash must be thrown away by yourself without notification. When checking out, 4 complete rooms must be checked out first, the staff cannot check one by one.

I was relocated to another hotel, telling me it was an upgrade. But the room that I get is cheaper rate. Cockroaches in the room. Bathroom smells very bad.

Good service, easy access to shopping centers, friendly and super nice staff, recommended to stay here again when in Bangkok.
