Room not as pictured. Dirty mirror. Dirty bathroom. Unfriendly staff. Hotel kept customer's ID, breaking the law.

The receptionist at night was not enthusiastic, the room was smelly, and the air conditioner was leaking. Room price 415k / night, in my opinion is not worth it. I couldn't sleep all night.

Mình xin thêm 1 câu gối để kê đầu thì lễ Tân bảo chị phục vụ phòng không đồng ý , bạn bè lên chơi quá 1h30 phút tính phụ thu 150k/1 người lần đầu tiền thấy dịch vụ như vậy , không có lần thứ 2 quay lại

The hotel is clean from the corridor to the accommodation. The staff were nice and enthusiastic (except for the night guard, because we all called the door at 2am so my face was a bit uncomfortable). Good facilities TV with internet connection to watch YouTube. The book was well priced so extremely satisfied. Will come back next time.

Room smells bad. Mattresses, pillows and blankets have many stains, yellow spots, some places as blood stains. Room without phone call reception. I checked in late at night, came up to see if I wanted to change rooms, but the receptionist was unable to contact anyone.

The male receptionist was not happy to talk. answer guests in contempt. The cute female receptionist talked ok. Had the internal rule lost the key 100k then why did the guests go out to give the key not to take away? room like that without refrigerator. Do not give water, must there be a small refrigerator?
