Clean rooms, close to culinary.

Receptionist less friendly, order 2 rooms, 1 room when entering is still a mess. The rooms are hot and the AC is not cold, disappointing!

Cool and comfortable, close to good culinary and live music entertainment too.

Pure boarding house, first room moldy pillow. The second room seemed to sleep on its triple bed. Can only sleep 2 hours because of fatigue. Unplug it right away like that. hot water doesn't work.

It's nice to stay here. It looks simple, the front office desk does look like it is, but the room facilities all function well. The room is clean even though it looks simple & not new furniture, the tv channels are clear, the air conditioner is cold (even though it was already heated because of the hot air, the AC review was not cold, it turned out to be a hoax), and clearly the hot shower was running smoothly & was 24 hour fast because it was a water heater it uses an electric in each room (not one water heater for several bathrooms). Where to eat is really easy right next to and in front of the hotel many just choose, self-service & ATM BCA live crossing. The only thing that makes it uncomfortable is that the mattress is hard, not foam, especially springbed. But it was worth ig compared to the previous few days I stayed at a guesthouse that looked better but the shower water was really small and especially the hot water didn't feel any angles, even looking for food was far #upsss.

The receptionist who shifts from 4 to 12 o'clock is very unfriendly and unhelpful, the hotel is deceived in accepting guests who are not a legitimate husband-husband commotion, very disturbing peace. Not careful in the check-in process so repeatedly asking for marriage documents.

The place is very nice, complete, the staff are friendly and comfortable on the left and right sides, many who sell food, in front of them there are markobar, satisfied, they will definitely stay here if they go to Medan again.

Very close to the USU campus, there are various types of culinary on both sides.

The mattress is hard as a rock, there is no feeling to the foam.

My experience of staying here was pleasant, the room was clean and the service was good.

The rooms are in accordance with the photo, comfortable of course I will stay again.

I lost my car's tire from the hotel. After confirmation to the hotel. They even let go of their hands and were not responsible for the incident. Likewise with the Traveloka Site, the response is not satisfactory, if it is really really for friends. Gang is staying at this hotel. So as not to happen abundantly like us. thanks.
