There is no soap or bathroom kit.

Air panasnya tidak menyala, wifi tidak ada, saluran tv cuma sedikit

Tidak bisa request kamar mandi yang bersih. Harus terisi dulu kamar no 5,7 dan 9 baru bisa kamar no 4,6 dan 8.

Booking 1 hari terus nambah 1 hari tapi dari awal booking tidak ada wifi ngga ada air panas di kamar mandi tidak ada aqua, dua hari booking 2 hari pun ga ada aqua yang di sediakan oleh hotel apa emang tidak nyediain aqua apa bagaimana.

The water heater does not turn on, you have to be nagging at the clerk to fire, nag to make sure the wifi password ... the clerk is not friendly. Imagine the panic if you take your child to take a cold shower, no trash cans, no drinking water, for that price it's better to look for another hotel. give up staying there.

Subscription has been a long time from all hotels which in my opinion is not bad if you are looking for a cheap version and for emergencies, huh ️

1 hotel is scary but the employees are really kind

It's a small hotel, clean, but luxurious too.

The shower leaked, there was no aqua.

The room was fragrant clean, the receptionist was friendly too. Want a little bit of horror but the atmosphere might be because it was quiet at times.

The service is unsatisfactory + the bathtub is leaking so you can't soak.

This accommodating is great for traveller, especially for transit (since it's just next to main Road for Lawang-Malang). The service is good with a warm welcome, the room quite spacious and the food is nice.

I arrived at lawang station at 2 pm, but from the hotel side, I could not get permission to stay. The check-in time is 12 noon, then the bathroom is closed. want to stay where. Same affordable in just comfortable.

The location is very close to public roads and transportation available, the service is very pleasant and very helpful, the place to stay is very comfortable with a beautiful atmosphere like at home.

The hotel clerk is friendly, the rooms are nice and comfortable. But unfortunately the bathroom is not clean and rather smelly.

When going to check in, the room is full, even though I have already transferred & the voucher has been issued. Staff do not want to know & initially want to let go. When I pressed it turned out there was still an empty room. Dirty room floor, broken shower, baygon smell to sore throat.
