The hotel staff is FRIENDLY but the ROOM and TOILET CLEANLINESS is NOT FRIENDLY. Need immediate renovation so that the hotel can be healthy again.

The corners of the room were full of dust, all inside the cupboard were also dusty, the bathroom was full of crust, the sink, shower, bathroom corner, bathroom floor, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned or scrubbed, the sink leaked onto the floor, when I first entered I was given a room on the left, but when I entered there was still a messy bed and towels on the floor, then I complained to the receptionist and was given a room at the end of the right corner, and it still wasn't very clean, I know what to expect from a cheap price, right? It would be nice to raise the price a little but clean the room, but the security guard service was okay, when I was asked to help lift anything upstairs he was happy to help
